With diabetes support and management services at Reeves Regional Health, our specially trained counselors can work with you and your medical provider on a customized program.

From regular monitoring to personalized meal plans, recommended exercise programs, and medication management, our diabetes support and management program can help you manage your health.

Our program provides individual/private sessions for more comprehensive care. It also includes follow-up appointments at one month, three months, six months, nine months, and then yearly.
